I lit this candle and had his picture in it in a petition with this for my Target and he came the first time but I recently finished lighting the candle and he has not shown up I still need to be buried a candle in my front yard any ideas on what else I can do

Hope to get a response.. For this candle the Target is gonna be for the person I want to come to me, correct? So If I want to use items and picture ,it would be of the guy I'm talking to??
I have used it twice and it has taken about a week each time. However that may be due to my target's work schedule.
