So I decided to bring my UHH outside in nature. The moment I started chanting the purging! It is so intense and I didn’t realize how much weight is being carried on me. The headache is unbearable but this indicates it’s working!
as I type, I feel layers being peeled off of my body. I will leave this work burning which is some left but I definitely need to stock up on more UHH!
