I sent an email to Lala on yesterday morning regarding an order I placed but had not yet received. I got a respond in less than an hour apologizing for the delay. I was expecting that it would take a week or so to get it situated; HOWEVER, I received my replacement order TODAY! Less than a day later she had taken care of me. This is my 2nd time ordering these amazing candles; normally, it takes a while for me to write a review but the products & the service is exceptional! You have a loyal customer forever & can’t wait to light Mars! I love to see women win! Keep up the great work & service! ♥️
