Anybody else having this problem ?

@aliciaandkobe she always ships in order. When she does big sales she gets thousands of orders. She had multiple sales back to back without shutting down to ship. It may seem as though some received an order they received after you but they may have had orders pending from previous sales. The shipping notice won't come to your email until she actually ships that day. Then the notification comes. If you ordered during the intense sale or after those orders have not been sent yet because she still had orders from previous sales. I know because I ordered on all of them and I am still waiting for one prior to the ones I ordered during that sale. These are spelled and conjure candles which takes more time to make, pack and ship unlike bbw or Yankee candle. This is one women creating spelled and conjure candles as well as having a massive team that works day in and day out to get orders shipped daily. Be patient because those orders will ship right on time. And once you get the notification they get to you in no time. If you do want to check the status send an email to the email listed on the site so someone can respond. Because they won't send answers here, on in DM as they have too many customers to support.

I jus got soufflés this go around , but hopefully it’s ships by the end of the week
