Can anyone give me advice on how to use the Aura souffle? I'm new to this and was also wondering what exactly it's used for? I have the beginner bundle, but no instructions on how or when to use this souffle.

Just put it on and say positive affirmations or what you want to come towards you! I put it on at a conference and this lady came up to me and said “I don’t know if anyone has ever told you you radiate such a beautiful aura.” It works!
I used it on my face, arms, and legs like a regular lotion man oh man. I played meditation music too and I felt a peace come over me like things are going to change for the better very soon.
The aura soufflé is equivalent to the Halo candle. It’s used as an energy cleanser. You can use this anytime you need to.
