I work for my fathers business and have for a long time he keeps saying that we are about two years out from selling I know that he’s had people offer on his business before and turned them down. I recently got married and want to have another baby but I am his main sales person. Does anybody have any ideas on how I can get someone to offer him what he’s looking for so he can sell then I can retire without letting him down? There is a company that I have in mind that buys all the business in our area like ours. I know the owners name so I feel like he would be a good target. Thoughts?
