Can you do a ritual in someone else’s behalf? Example: I know someone that is depressed but would never admit it. Could I do a ritual in their behalf to help them?

Good question? Anyone know that’s done it themselves? I was just referring to having an assist do a ritual with the target being that person. Like Ms Lala or Tinarituals, they do rituals for ppl and ask for the targets name. I don’t know how to do one myself without help
