@Moonlight If that’s a new candle that you just received, send an email with pictures to the orders email address letting them know. I am not sure how effective that seal is since it’s damaged. You could also trying tagging Lala on your post and see what she says.
That seal is damaged!!!! If you have the box, you can pull of the seal from there, and replace it on the candle!!!! As this is a conjure candle it is necessary to have a proper seal on it!!!!!

Are any of the Hebrew letters missing? The seal is what "activates" the spirits.
I don’t think that would have anything to do with the candle itself
