1. Do we have to burn halo first for every Spelled love/money candle were about to start? 2. Do we have to burn Mars right after every candle we burned? 3. Do we need to finished the can of Halo and Mars everytime we burn it? Or we can reuse it to the next major work? I searched the forum i read different answers and it confused me more…

If it's the same candle (example L'Amour) you can burn it everyday or wait and reuse it whenever you want. You don't have to burn it until it's finished. The maximum time is 6 hours. You only have to wait 3 days in between a new candle.
To make it simple you are all trying to say that one spelled candle is good for a minimum of 6 hours and thats it? We dont need to finish it? Oh Lord… I finished 4 candles because I thought the spell will not be complete until the candle is finished.
And 6 hours is good enough to burn for Halo, CR and Mars.
If your target is stubborn you may need to burn Halo and CR before every candle or every few candles then follow with Mars. You wait 3 days in between candles of course. Also 2ndpomercury is a good candle to use for stubbornness. On the site for several candles like L’Amour Lala says to burn Halo first. Every situation is different. I burn Halo and Mars for myself almost monthly.
No, you do not have to burn halo after every candle. You can burn as you feel needed. It is always a good idea to burn Mars after you've finished all of your work for protection. Or again as needed. And lastly, no you don't always have to burn the candles down. At least 6 hours, then you may use at a later date. ♥️
