Make sure you're able to add your specific location in order to get the accurate time. I like to use planetary calculator.
Planetary hours change daily accordingly to when the sun raising and sun sets. There is phone apps and websites recommended to look to up for your time zone/date… I use Time Nomad for my iPhone. And I’m in Central Standard Time… So see pic below for example: (I think it ask does your Birthday/time. But I think planetary time only really has to do when your current time zone/current day)
