Hi everyone my order was finally shipped out and I moved and I’ve been writing mrs lala about it cause I won’t be able to get my candles I’ve even been trying to get in touch with people at the post office to stop it from going to that address but I checked this morning and it’s still being shipped to that address did I just miss out on my candles🤦🏽♀️🤦🏽♀️🤦🏽♀️

Does the tracking number says it’s already been delivered?
Thank you everyone I was able to tell my sister bring it back to the post office so I can have it come here it was to late to put a hold on it
Put your mail on hold immediately and you will be able to pick it up.
I changed my address on USPS website for $1.05 and I’ve gotten all my mail, it’ll just get rerouted. But you should probably do a hold like the other said for you to pick up at your local office.
Call and put on hold for pickup . Tell them you want to do a nail forward to your new address but to hold you mail until it kicks in .

Did u submit an address change when you moved? Your package would be delivered to the new address.
Go online and put a hold on your package to be held at the post office. You have to register for an account, but its worth it.
