I can’t bury it because there’s so much snow on the ground and impossible to bury and I don’t live near by any water wich will most Likely be frozen anyways so can I just throw it out in a garbage?

I threw mine away in trash AWAY from my home meaning the next town over because I live in the city ... and can’t bury anything in my front yard. Or live close to a body of water... as long as you throw it away with good intent ... hope that helps❤️
