Not trying to be difficult but I'd think that a 'revenge chant' should most definitely be configured by the petitioner. Chants are short statements, of what the petitioner wants to manifest in THEIR specific situation, repeated continuously over several minutes.
If a petitioner desires revenge on someone, then they for sure know what it is that THEY want. That desire is the chant.
