Excellent post I attempted the same action to remove some of the wax to allow more room for the wick. Once I just tilted the candle to the side for a second the; the candle immediately flickered and went back to what I consider a normal burn.
Does any of this affect the spell? Pouring out wax, etc
Honestly I just let the candle burn and if you can play some music that’s in alignment with what you’re working on at the time. The flame will dance and get bigger and you don’t have to worry about pouring out any wax. Atleast that’s what my experiences have been.
Thanks everyone!
Just recently I had a candle go out on me for the 1st time. I relit the candle and gently pushed the herbs up against the wick and about the 3rd time doing this, I saw the flame get slightly higher so I just left it, and started to chant. It didnt go out again and the flame grew larger over time.
-same with me and some others. When this happens to me, I “work” the candle with sage and chanting, and pouring out the wax. Just try to keep pouring out the wax until the flame gets stronger and when it gets stronger, slowly add the wax that you poured out back into the candle. I hope this helps!
I just kept pouring the wax into a bowl and then once the candle was burning right I slowly put the wax I poured out back into the candle
The same thing is happening to me with multiple candles
