Hey guys so last night I made an order and I forgot to add a letter in my email address so I never received my confirmatio.. I emailed support and they said they couldn’t change my email?? I even sent them a screenshot of my confirmation page.. How come? Pls help

If you ordered candles, I wouldn't worry too much about it because the email is not need to ship your order. I'd be worried if the incorrect address or phone number was entered. If you logged into your account prior to ordering, your order information will be under 'My Orders' and you can get your order# from there and occasionally check to see if the status changes. I've never gotten a shipping confirmation email, so I wouldn't worry about the incorrect email hindering me from knowing when my order shipped. Just download the FedEx app, set up your account with your address and turn on notifications. In doing so, you'll be notified anytime a shipping label is created with your address and you'll know when your order is shipped. The next order, enter the correct email address.
That’s odd. You emailed orderissues@theconjure.com for candles or vodourites@theconjure.com for rites & was told no correction can be made to your email?
