So have have this whole ritual planned for the full moon tonight I plan I using good fortune ahari and 5th pentacle of Mercury to remove obstacles my question is it okay to light 5th pentacle of Mercury tonight even though it’s not Wednesday?

Yes. Just make sure you pay respect to the spirits for the plant on that day.
