How do you supposed to feel when you first burn Halo? Is it safe to burn around kids? Will they have any effects to it? this my 1st time? @Ife

I got extremely sick when it was at my doorstep and lightheaded. First time burned 3 days.. I slept... like to the point I had to cancel everything else I had.. halo is peaceful after the “lift” my kids were in the house and I’ve burned a halo for them as well. But Lala says it’s at your own discretion. Use search in the forum for more. This question gets asked a lot
