I loved this candle! I am a Santera but haven’t had the energy to do my own work! It is truly like that sometimes. Anyhow, a lot of draining people were around me and situations. And like I say it’s about energy and the time I didn’t even have the energy to put my boundaries up! Crazy. But Halo is like an energetic healing. I am not a big nap person AT ALL! I’m more of a workaholic! But after Halo not only was I knocked out at about 8:30ish, from there my sleep schedule has worked itself out! Even if I’m up a little later than I intend to be I still wake up early. I’m very appreciative! I really needed that to get the most out of my days and get more rest! 💚

I was sitting at my table suppose to had been looking at Tv and Halo was in my den and I was in the Kitchen and don’t even remember falling to sleep 😴 😊
