I already used the healing candle before and just said what was in the book but this is different for weight loss so I guess it would be good to hear from Lala but I have a really hard time getting questions answered even with my orders. Does anyone know of a better way to contact her so I can ask her?
What do you personally feel like you need to heal from? Is it to love your self more? no more negative self talk? I see people asking for chants but no one knows what you need more than YOU so just speak from your heart and your own desires.. you’ll get better results

I think the Erzelie candle is good for weight loss. You can also use the obsession candle to make you obsess with working out and eating healthier
