I track my order here on the app. When you go into your account(lil bald head man at the bottom right) you will see ‘My Orders’. Tap on that which reflects everything you’ve purchased in detail.
It wouldn’t hurt to try! ??? You’re just wanting confirmation on your order! Usually you’d get the email, I’m quite sure you checked your spam folder as well. So I’d say go for it. You spent your money there’s nothing wrong with asking.
Once you receive your confirmation email that your order has shipped, your tracking number will be provided in that email. But I don’t believe we’ll be able to track orders on this app.

And I use PayPal as well!! So I get three emails!!
