Legal/Lawsuit bundle question

I was involve in a car accident about 3 years ago. And the insurance adjuster and my attorney have not been able to both agree on a pay out amount. Due to the case now going on year 3, my attorney had to file the case in court this February that past. However, we have not gotten a court date. Should I use the bundle to increase my chances for the maximum amount or should I went until I have a court date?

I would like add that I participate in many rituals with the whole family and do make sure that I’m adding on my petitions and chants (when lighting my own candles) to open the doors for me to gain the impossible in my bodily injury lawsuit. Miraculously award me with the maximum amount achievable.

Any feedback is appreciated.

I have a attorney working on my case. I have their names and the law firm. I will do it with that. Thank you so much. I appreciate it .

I know you have an attorney, I meant the insurance company's attorney. Once your attorney files the case and the insurance company retains their attorney, then u should put them on the petition especially since you dont want to go to trial. For example, "The victory with case # will be decided in my favor and XYZ Law Firm (A-Z) will give me $$$$$"

Thank you. I actually have all these candles at home as we speak. It’s going to be hard to get the adjuster name because I have ask and they have refuse to give me his/her name due to them being harrass in the past by other clients.

This is a court case now, you don't need the adjuster, you need the law firm and attorney who has been retained. If you cant get the attorney (which I highly doubt you wont be able to), when you write the petition put "Law Firm Name (A-Z)"

What about the Collection candle? I haven’t used it but it’s a suggestion. I work in the field and the trials are very backed up because of COVID and insurance companies are taking advantage of desperate and in need Plaintiffs that cannot wait. Simplyme mentioned the Domination candle and that may work… you’d need the name of the litigation adjuster handling your claim.

I would light War/Victory in the interim. The docket is backed up, so getting a court date is going to be hard regardless. The attorney filing a suit, may actually get the insurance to concede - once they see you are serious about going to trial (going to trial is sometimes more expensive than just paying the settlement offer).

I digress...

You can also light court now and request spirit to give you the settlement amount you desire. Other alternatives if you would like to layer: Power (for you and ur attorney), 4th Pentacle of Mars, Domination (for you to be dominant over the insurance companies attorneys - get their name in the docket or ask your attorney), 1st Pentacle of Saturn (for them to do as you say and accept the offer), 2nd and 5th Pentacle of Mercury (2 force their will and open the roads).
