What can I use on a mother that tries to control you, narcissistic, gaslighting, mother that lies on you, provokes and gossips about you? It's my mother sadly. I've been living this hell for years and she did the same to my father and my sister.

I know it's an old post but thats my mom. Every time I try and have a boyfriend, she starts with calling me names and just being so angry. I'm 41 and she wants to control everything I do as if I were a child. I don't know what she was taught as a person that grew up in another country. She just needs to stop all her shit because it affects my vibes too.
