The same thing happened to me with candles from the BOGO sale. Tracking says delivered on Friday and camera shows no one in or around the time frame. They’re still “investigating” 🙄🙄
I'm going thru the samething... no emails no updates. It's been almost three weeks... hope everyone recieve them soon
Yeah I still have not received one either I buy my candles and forgot to buy the body souffle so went back and purchase the souffle, I already received my souffle and not the candles but I'm patiently waiting cause they send you an email when it's mailed and she it's delivered. Did you received an email it's been delivered, you should send them an email
