I just finish burning Halo I have the intense (Gold/Green), Healing and Ahari. Which one should I burn next? How long should I wait to burn the next candle?

Do healing burn ahari with it for six hours snuff then intense. Wait at least three days in-between each.
The book says 2 to 3 days at minimum or until you see movement
