So... I just came to say that after a million years of waiting (shout-out to USPS lol) I finally received my Healing/ Peace Eriss soufflé. I showered this morning and put it on today before heading out to work. I work in a Human Services. An extremely toxic and stressful environment. And COVID-19 is not making it any easier. Today I came to work feeling extremely tired and defeated, but prepared to work on "autopilot" mode. Longer story short... I ended up spending the entire day in my co-worker's office. Breaking down. Venting. Falling apart. And she heard me. For the first time, I actually felt peace. I had actual breakthroughs today that I've never even experienced with my own Therapist. I believe it was the healing candle and the Healing/ Peace soufflé that may have helped. And I'm feeling optimistic about 2021.
