Once I burn the Tether candle for 6 hrs and it's not all gone can I snuff and reuse at a later day ? And can this Tether candle be buried in the front yard along with the picture once it's all gone or is this something that has to be away from the house.

You can bury it, trash it , out in a trash can away from your house, in running water thats flowing away from you. Whatever you feel lead to do.
