I did Unhex 3 days ago and yesterday my stomach was so messed up and today my head is so stuffy, I keep sneezing and my eyes are runny. I know the stomach thing is a symptom of purging but is the stuffy head and stuff a symptom of purging too?

it could most definitely be purging. the symptoms don’t always hit right away & everyone’s purging process/symptoms are different. Lala does say wait at least 3 days for movement. it def depends on how much energy needed to be cleared from your system. i had done a mass unhex with the intense supreme 4|defense candles & i was fine the first few days then it hit me all at once like a ton of bricks where i was getting cold like symptoms but i wasn’t sick. it was me purging all of the negativity plus my body trying to adjust to the ascension process. it’s def possible for it to feel like a cold because it’s a lot of energy being moved through your body it’s kind of like a reset of energy. i would suggest staying hydrated, grounding your energy & also to rest.
