I do know that when I chanted to suppress my appetite i hadn’t realized I hadn’t eaten all day and to triple my intake on water so I actually drink 3 gallons a day but i literally have no appetite so be careful with that cause I can’t eat

I chanted for weight loss and physical appearance like but actually getting heavy and my curves are magnificent .. so I basically Chanted what I wanted to look like from the view of others …definitely added I am shaped like a Coca Cola bottle and it’s GIVING ….
