Been 3 weeks using this, lost 10 pounds. I have the worst habit of uber eats on weekends. Yesterday spirits were like no, since there were no drivers available. I am motivated to be more active, and eat healthier without dreading it. Auntie really did manage to make this a spell a safe way to help lose weight. 50 more pounds to go.
