Well Lala has done it again! I went ahead and sent in an application for a place that I have been looking at due to an immediate need to move. Long story short where I am living is starting to take a toll on my marriage.

timeline as follows: burned all on Sunday….walkthrough on Monday….applied on Tuesday, Thursday they told me that they knew my credit wasn’t the best and that it’s gonna take longer to review my paperwork…(I’m actively rebuilding my credit) but I knew that my intention was pure. Fast forward to now, i couldn’t sleep, and my phone just let off a notification exactly at midnight…….title of the email, welcome to your new property portal from the realtor. Got approved!!!!!!
