Grand rising family☀️ hope everyone is having a great start to their day!! Quick question.... did anyone get headaches or light headed after the ancestor part of the rite?? Because,I did. For like a day or so after,I had a headache and was a bit emotional. But I also slept VERY well after that. Sso,can anyone share their experiences on how they felt after. Thanks all.
