After I disposed of the candle I felt my mood improve. I had an amazing sleep last night and slept later this morning than I have in a while. Still feeling great.

It burned quickly. Maybe about 4 1/2 hours total. I chanted for about 20 mins and even before I was finished chanting the bubbles were very prominent in the water. As far as how I felt? It wasn’t so much a physical feeling of purging (like being sick and tired snd such) but it was an emotional one. I was easily irritated and I didn’t want to speak or be around people. So I hibernated. Also - I noticed I got very very cold. I definitely feel lighter and free snd cleansed. I’ll be moving onto crossroads on Tuesday night.
