I lit the candle and it keeps turning off, is this normal? The candle wick is very low I think that might be the problem

As it burned but when it was struggling while it was soft I scooped it out places it on the side the I added the wax back in with a wooden wick.
Hey Fam I had that problem but I removed a lot of wax then it burned but since I had a lot left I bought some wooden wick and put the wax back in then it burned well
