When separating two people....do you have to use pictures? Or could you just use their names

I don’t have any pics...but I only have the unknown’s person first and last name....but I have the target’s full name and date of birth..will that help?
Yes or a pick of the one you know with the date of Birth and the area they live in . But, pics are better If u don’t have much info. make sure you write out a petition about the unknown person the target is with
