Yes, because it is just one.. I think it is reflection too.. I get the same one in day or with lights off at times. I would say if it was different looking and more than one and not where your cam lens is pointing, then that would be an orb..
Reflection.... happens in almost all of my videos I take.
It looks like an aura dancing around.
