I lit my first 🕯 HALO today. I can’t believe how much my flame is dancing, and hints of white smoke. I made sure to take a shower and clean my body with good intentions. Then I cleaned my area and tools used in tonight’s burn with sage, and Florida Water. I added Eriss body butter for Ahari & Power for extra layers. I put on meditation music, and started chanting. At some points I had to stop because I had chills, could barely talk because I wanted to throw up and go to the bathroom. INTENSE. I pray to keep a positive outlook on life, not only as my candle burns. ...... also every time I say positive affirmations to my candle, boy does that 🔥 rise.
