@Enjoit51 I'm so used to him being the first for everything, this the first time this has happened. I cried my heart out in the shower. I'm so heartbroken...I just finished Crossroads today, I do Mars in a few days I'm just trying to layer my work before I start 4pos & lover's return...I know for my results I have to be strong and not think about it ugh. i know how you feel. I still sometimes cry over an ex from 7years and still have trauma from another one from more than a decade ago.. my list of exes and past guys is small but basically majority, if not all, have been narcs.

and after crossroads and Mars spelled and conjured make sure to light sweetening and then loyalty on yourself.
