It's been more than a month I have been waiting for my candles ordered on the 11th January. I received the tracking number on my mail on 1st February. Tracking it, I was last updated on the 5th February that it had left Miami airport and on transit. It's more than two weeks after shipping now. And since then nothing. Waiting and more waiting with no update. Can't track it anymore and don't know where it is. This is my first purchase, can someone tell if this is normal?

@doyinsunshine You're in Nigeria? Well that might be why. Shipping time is probably gonna be twice as long as here in the US. But i would definitely still call the post office if you can. Maybe you can't track it anymore because its in Nigeria, maybe give it til the end of Feb?
@doyinsunshine Mo that doesn't sound normal. I ordered Feb. 1st and it'll be here Tuesday. I would definitely check with the post office. Sounds like their screw up.
