Can I use addiction to put a stop to my over eating? Im sure we all know over eating can be an addiction, I have the candle already but wanted to know if I could Use it for that as well.

Thank you for that, will definitely help. I gained so much weight since Covid started and I’m like yeaaaa this is a no for me. A closet full of cloths I really can’t fit anymore.
