I'm new to this I had ordered Sweetening and Rekindle shortly after my ex showed signs of wanting to rekindle on his own so I am unsure if I should still use sweetening or just stick to rekindle. Any advice?

It never hurts to have him be extra sweet. No harm in using sweetening since it is recommended as one of the first steps (after Halo) in the ‘return to me’ process.
