Advice on what to burn

I’ll try to sun this up as much as I can... so boom, long story short someone stole off my moms front porch while we were all inside the house. The front door was literally cracked bc my brother was sitting out & came in for a minute. The whole thing was captured on my neighbors camera. Dude literally walked up took what he wanted & casually walked away. Now my mother is nervous & scared to be in her own home “if they bold enough to come on the porch while we here & the door cracked only God knows what else they’ll do” I mean like literally cried bc she’s scared to be home. My brother is casing the neighborhood ready to kill something (it was my bro’s stuff stolen) & my son is scared PERIOD (he has PTSD from a car accident & yes he’s in therapy) he was supposed to stay at my moms house but refused to (understandable) but is also sleeping with the light on (running up my light bill lol)

I need to know what to do. I need to calm everyone & DEAL WITH the nigga who stole from us not only for stealing but for making my mother no longer feel safe in her home & feeling bold enough to even step foot on her property. I want spirit to FUCK HIM UP no remorse. PERIOD.
