This may be a dumb question. When I’m putting the lotion on me should I be doing a chant and if so what chant would you recommend? Currently I’m seeing someone but want it to go a little bit further. Thank you all so much for the help

You don’t have to chant but I do. As you’re rubbing it on just say what you want to happen.
