What are the rules with the alchemy bracelets?? Specifically protection and manifestation bracelets. I have them I haven’t opened the manifesting one but I’ve been wearing the protection. I just took it out of the box what should I do?

Also I wore the protection one during my spells to keep the bad spirits out. I don’t think I’m ready to use the manifest bracelet yet I don’t wanna accidentally manifest something I don’t want
