I have just received my bracelets and they are so beautiful. I have a question, do you only where them when meditating? Do you where them all the time? Am I supposed to remove them every time I go to the restroom? I just want to make sure I’m doing everything right. Thank you in advance for your help.

I’m not sure I’m feeling the energy from my bracelet
How do you clean them? I have just been using brass & copper polish to clean them. I'm sure theres a simpler way.
Do not wear them in a public bathroom
Wear as you feel fit. Some said they wear them and never take off. I wear whatever I feel fits my mood. I found that wearing them all the time cause me mad headaches. So I carry in my purse. The energy is too strong. But lala said wear them so the spirits can attach to you and I guess kinda get to know you.
