What candle would you use to protect yourself and all interests of your business when having to fire an employee? FYI- this employee causes anxiety for myself and my other employees daily. She clearly doesn't respect boundaries . I have most of lala's first drop candles and many others. I just want this person to move on quickly and quietly. I know she doesn't see it coming.

Seeing as you said immediately, you don't get better protection than Supreme 4 imo.
Move the employee, my success was due to conjure candle, not the spell candle. It was something of the Sun, can't remember on top of my head. But it took time for it to manifest, I want to say roughly 4-6 months. So if you want it to move extremely fast, I would suggest to use it with Supreme 11.
You could also use Stop and STFU... whichever candles that you decide on, put in your chant what you stated, "____ is moving/ has moved on quietly..." etc. When using Mars, state in your chant "I and all interests of my business are protected..." etc. Remember, write down or say out loud what you want from this situation/ employee, tweak it down, then chant it!
Transport candle comes to mind. Transporting her out of your work space which is similar to a living space. But all versions of Mars would protect you and I find that spelled Mars just takes people away who aren’t of best interests. There have been so many new candles created but I always feel intention is where it starts.
