I'm still waiting for order from April 29th. I usually get my candles in 4 weeks but we on the 5th hopefully I will get it next week.

Always put urgent and your order number in your email subject Line. You’ll get an answer.
If it’s from the 4/29 I think they are taking a little longer especially with the intense candles. I placed several orders in the 4/29 but my last order was a big order and I order several intense candles I know a lot of work is put in more of the intense candles but like @Vavaseaur mentioned I’m going to wait like two more weeks and reach out to them again. But like you my order that’s coming in today is from the 5/6
