I have 3 packages that are stuck with FedEx Ellenwood, GA location right now. Both were supposed to come over the weekend. Called FedEx and they are less than helpful. I HATE FedEx with a passion.
NOTE: I am not placing blame on Lala & the conjure as I know It’s not their fault
I am guessing you don't live near that location. I had a non conjure related issue and it was a small issue with the address but that was USPS.
I thought Lala was using USPS.
Fed EX plays too much, they all do!
I have a missing package, non related to Lala and they swore they dropped it off. I hate this for you guys. Once they ship I never had a problem with delivery but I have them sent to a UPS box.
All of my recent orders placed on different dates were scanned into fed ex Ellenwood, GA. but never scanned out. The first "scan into facility" was back on March 31. No updates since. The first two packages missed delivery dates already. Something is definitely up with that location.
I'm in the same boat as of now..This never happened to me when I ordered in the past and it never went to ellenwood after norcross,it usually goes to a state near me right away after norcross.I wonder why the change of route from fedex.

Yes it happens often to many of us, sometimes my packages sit at a location which is hour away from me. Sometimes delivery date gets pushed back. It’s normal with FedEx 🙄 these days
Always. 2 day can b a week. I’ve had packages go to California when I’m less than 20 minutes away from the Fedex. Be patient and know everything and s a learning moment.
