Back to Back Halo and 1POS

So my best friend is currently burning Halo for herself, and as soon as that's complete she will be burning Halo for me and a target of mine. (I'm currently unable to light candles due to my li situation) Then immediately following she will burn 1POS (Do As I Say/Compel) for a different target. We're aware of the 3-day wait period, but I recall Lala mentioning that you can start burning right away if it's for a different target? Can we get some advice on this though? We want to make sure it won't be an issue.
