Been going pretty hard these last two weeks, haven’t seen much movement.... my poi randomly asked about a spirit guide, should I back off for a while?

You can definitely overwhelm your target if you do too much in a short amount of time. I would wait for some movement and let Spirit work. What candles were you planning on doing next?
