What if you want to do work on someone else and they aren't near by to rub the oil on rhem how does that work like let's say I wanted to do work on someone with the oil qnd they aren't in the same place or space as me how would I use the oil in that way?

What's the intention? Maybe rub on your hands and chant what you want for them. Or add to the spell stating, "with these hands, I ask spirit to (protect 'name'/ make 'name' desire me, etc)". But the best way is using the oil to dress a candle!! Dress the candle with the oil and chant, then burn the candle and chant. You can also dress a written petition or spell on paper/ paper bag, etc.
